The reservation is established for a specific apartment when the guest pays 20% of the total price.
The rest is paid on the day of arrival to the apartment.
In case of timely cancellation (28 days before arrival) the advance payment is returned in full.
For cancellations shorter than 27 days, the advance payment is not returned.
If you pay the total price in advance, we grant a 10% discount.
