Apartment 3
The apartment is fully equipped for long-term living and food preparation There is a hallway from which you can enter other rooms. In the hallway there is a large mirror and a set for storing shoes and clothes. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. It is equipped with soap and a hair dryer The bedroom has a large double bed and room furniture. There are wooden parquet floors on the floor. The living room and kitchen have a set for preparing meals, a set of chairs and a table for dining. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep 2 adults. There is an air conditioner in the living room for cooling or heating. The living room leads to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with a sofa and a large table. Many guests have breakfast or dinner on the balcony. There is a TV receiver in the living room.
House Rules
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out: from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Guests are required to maintain the apartments and leave them in the same condition as they found them after the end of the rental period. It is forbidden to remove apartment towels, bedspreads and other items from the apartment. Please behave responsibly and handle the apartment inventory. There is no room in the apartment, it also has a balcony. Please consider the possible risk of fire. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and lock the front door. Turn off all electrical appliances (climate). Be sure to turn off the water. You don't have to wait until you have your own apartment. The keys must be returned after the end of the rental period. During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily. Please do not bring anyone who is not our guest into the apartment. I'm sure you'll see what you're saying. The guest is required to read the house rules at the beginning of the rental period. WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT STAY!
