Guests are required to maintain the apartments and leave them in the condition they found them after the end of the rental period. It is forbidden to take apartment towels, blankets and other things out of the apartment. We ask for responsible behavior and handling of the apartment inventory. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but only on the balcony. Please consider the possible risk of fire. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and lock the front door. Turn off all electrical appliances (air conditioning). Be sure to turn off the water. Immediately before departure, the guest is required to attend the inspection of the apartment. The keys must be returned at the end of the rental period. During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily. Please do not bring people who are not our guests into the apartment. The house rules are an integral part of the rental. The guest is required to study the house rules at the beginning of the rental period.
