This accommodation offers a view of the green area, garden and quiet street. Type of beach: rocky and pebble. Private accommodation Apartments Ivanov (A1) is ideal for 4 persons. The number of extra beds in this accommodation is : 2. Extra beds are usually sofa beds or some other form of an extra bed. Accommodation is equipped with: bed linen and towels, air conditioning, television, internet... To make the hot summer days more bearable in the accommodation there is an air conditioning. House Ivanov is located in the most beautiful and the most peaceful part of Novalja. The sea and the nearest beach is only 800 m distant, while the lively town centre is 900 m away. Here you can find 3 spacious, comfortable and fully equipped apartments for 4 persons. Each has one bedroom, a kitchen with living room, one bathroom and a balcony. There is also one bigger apartment for 6 persons with two bedrooms, a kitchen with living room, one bathroom and a balcony. . Guests have access to private private parking.

House Rules

Check-in: from 16:00 to 20:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Guests are required to maintain the apartments and leave them in the condition they found them after the end of the rental period. It is forbidden to remove apartment towels, blankets and other items from the apartment. We ask for responsible behavior and handling of the apartment inventory. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the balcony. Please consider the possible risk of fire. When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and lock the front door. Turn off all electrical appliances (air conditioning). Be sure to turn off the water. Immediately before departure, the guest is required to attend an inspection of the apartment. The keys must be returned at the end of the rental period. During the summer, please take out the trash from the apartment daily. Please do not bring people who are not our guests into the apartment.
